Story
After surviving a plane crash that carried a young Lara Croft and her mother Amelia in the Himalayan mountains, both come across an ancient temple in Nepal. Lara discovers a stone Dais with an ancient sword set in it. Lara touches the sword, which activated a portal. Amelia intervenes in hope to save her daughter, pulling the sword out of the stone dais. The portal consumes Amelia, leaving Lara stranded and alone.
Years later, Lara Croft travels to Tiwanaku, Bolivia in search of similar Dais like the one in Nepal. However, Lara isn’t the only one exploring the tomb. Mercenaries under the command of James Rutland are also searching for the Dais. Lara finds out that there is more than one Dais, but also finds out a shocking truth.
